Management Contract

Franchise Contract
By affiliating with us, your hotel or resort gains significantly. You operate your hotel and resorts directly under one of our brands, and you benefit from the expertise of Urban Hotels. Franchise fees are charged based on a pre-determined percentage of the revenue generated by the hotel.
